Sending your little one off to their first day of school is a big milestone and it can stir up all the emotions! Whether you’re celebrating, tearing up, or a mix of both, join us in the gym for our Coffee & Crying gathering right after drop-off. We’ll have hot coffee, and a comforting space to connect with other parents who are navigating the same big moment.

Come for the caffeine, stay for the community (and maybe a few tissues).
